Background video on mobile not playing

Hi Everyone.

I have a background image on my hero and on some I phones ( possibly Android too ) its doesn’t play automatically. It just has the play button.
For now, I have hidden the background video on mobile and replaced it with an image.
I have tried clearing the cache and turning off data saving mode on some I phones but doesn’t work.

Is there perhaps something I’m missing?
If someone could please check it out and help me here, that would be MASSIVELY appreciated.

  • I think you would have to unhide the background video on mobile to have a look
    Desktop is fine btw.
