Hi there,

Video backgrounds often don’t play on mobile devices due to limitations in mobile browsers, which disable autoplay for videos with sound to save data and improve user experience. To resolve this, try setting your video to autoplay without sound, or consider using a fallback image for mobile users. Also, check if your video format is compatible with mobile devices, as some formats may not be supported.
