Mistakenly bought Workspace Plan now need to covert intoSite Plan

I recently purchased the Workspace plan for a year by mistake on 12 Nov 2025, but my intention was to purchase the $23/month website hosting (Site) plan instead.

can i please cancel my current Workspace plan and activate the Site plan for one year? Also, kindly advise if the amount I paid for the Workspace plan can be refunded or credited towards the Site plan.

Here’s how to manage your plan changes:

For Workspace plan cancellation:

  1. Go to Workspace settings > Plans
  2. Click “Downgrade to Starter”
  3. Confirm the downgrade

For Site plan changes:

  1. Navigate to Site settings > Plans
  2. Select your desired Site plan
  3. Toggle “Billed yearly” to save up to 22% compared to monthly billing
  4. Click “Pay now”

While refunds aren’t typically provided as per our Terms of Service, any remaining time on your yearly Workspace plan will be credited toward your new Site plan.
