I signed up for a $28/mo workspace plan instead of a $12/mo site plan. I contacted customer support and they said I can be refunded the $28 as credit towards the new $12/mo site plan upgrade and that’s what I will be charged from first. I agreed and said go ahead with the credit. A week later I was charged $12 from my bank account and the $28 charge is still in my bank account and was not refunded. Not only that but my dashboard says I have a starter plan and isn’t upgraded. It has been a pain waiting to get in touch with customer support and I have to continue this website I am building ASAP.
