Hello webflow community yesterday by mistake I have buyed workspace plan instead of basic plan (for launching website)but problem is these website is from one my friend I have type to support and I have explained that’s was a mistake and everything but still is no answer given the support ticket I was sent about 14 hours ago can someone tell me what’s the best to do

To request a refund for your Workspace plan purchase, please follow these steps:
- Cancel or downgrade your Workspace plan to the free Starter plan
- Locate your invoice ID (it starts with “in_”)
- Submit your request through our refund request form: Refund Request | Webflow Support
Most refund requests are processed automatically within one minute of submission. For requests requiring manual review, you’ll receive updates via email from our team.

Webflow moderator I have downgraded the plan and I have make a ticket to support but still don’t have email back from support team idk why these take so long

Hi, I’m having the same issue — I accidentally purchased a Workspace plan instead of a Site plan, thinking I needed it to connect my custom domain. Turns out I can’t publish my site this way.
Did you manage to fix it?
I’ve already contacted Webflow support and submitted a refund request. They said I need a ticket number from downgrading my current plan before they can help.
If you’ve gone through this already, I’d really appreciate if you could share how you solved it step by step.
