Been a bad few weeks for Webflow. Having major issues every time I try to add a thumbnail, or save a new blog post. I can go in and add all text and info, but when I click “save as draft” I am kicked out of website. I’m wasting time posting things four times before they save.
With images, every time I add an image– always a jpeg of around 100kb– to a blog post, I lose the option to save my work– have to click cancel and then save changes for main image to save, and thumbnail disappears every time.
Am I doing something wrong? Super frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
As the Editor of a site project and making Editor Content changes, it is often helpful to first try the following steps:
– Try to reproduce the behavior while using Webflow in Incognito mode/Private window mode with browser extensions turned off.
– It may be helpful to disable the browser cache so that updated files are always downloaded instead of pulling old content from browser cache.
– If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Browser Error Console and get in contact with Webflow support who can provide help to get this resolved.
Thanks so much for the thoughtful response. After a few more tries, I was thankfully able to post our article last night. But, I’m going to bookmark this thread and prepare to follow these steps should I run into the issue again– that cache idea sounds like something I should’ve tried a while ago anyway.
