I currently have Webflow Hosting and GoDaddy Hosting. My A record is pointed towards Webflow, but is it possible to use CPanel from Godaddy to host html files using the same domain name?

That is definitely possible.
However you won’t be able to point your root domain or the www version of your domain to the cPanel.
Instead you will need to point a subdomain to your cPanel. Something like files.yourdomain.com or cPanel.yourdomain.com.
Make sure that you do not remove your Webflow DNS records, or add an additional A record on your root domain.
