Hey Clément! I would recommend checking out this forum post by @mistercreate and/or Memberstack (https://www.memberstack.io/) to help get you started with more custom portal-type solutions.
I’m a newbie when it comes to Memberstack (though playing in it daily) - however, I think that system or Knack (see forum post) will help with what you’re trying to do in the dental world.
