Starting today, your client can securely add their credit card on file to cover costs for their site, including site plans, bandwidth overages, and other site add-ons– while their site is built and hosted in your workspace.
As part of this launch, we’ve also released seamless transfers. Now, you can transfer any site using client payments from your Workspace to your client’s Workspace– without removing the hosting plan or disrupting key site settings.

This is great news! I really appreciate the focus on making workflows better and smoother for agencies.
Currently I have one problem:
I see that if I purchase a new plan I can choose who pays for the costs.
But how can I change it on plans that we already purchased? I dont want to cancel all 17 hosting plans and buy new ones just to activate client billing hahah.
Do I miss something here?
It would be super helpful if they added a way to switch the payer on existing plans without having to redo everything. Hopefully, they’ll roll out an update for that soon; it would save a ton of time and hassle!
