I Cannot Access the 50% off discount for students!

I just signed up with my student account but cannot apply for the 50% off annual fee on website hosting. Rather, the link after inputting my information just brings me to my dashboard with no indication of the discount! I read a related forum post on this before. Bug: Can’t claim hosting promo code for students

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I already emailed customer service but to no avail.

@Jeremy_Yabes there isn’t much we can do on our end in this case. How long ago have you contacted support? They tend to reply quite quickly, it can take longer but that’s often because they’re figuring things out for you :slight_smile: .
