How to get Lightbox media to display at fit width instead of fit height

Hi everyone, I am trying to display an image for my design portfolio using the lightbox feature. The image is of an email design, so it has a much larger height than width. The lightbox media is currently displaying the image by fitting the image to the screen height, rather than width, making it unreadable.

There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to change the settings of the lightbox media specifically, only the lightbox link image. Does anyone know if there is a way to set the lightbox media to fit to the width of the window in a scroll box, or if it must display as fitting to height, enabling a zoom button?

I am very new to Webflow and any kind of coding, so any specific help with custom code would be highly appreciated! Thank you.

I think it will fit it to both width and height.

You could use a 3rd party solution like Fancybox which will give you more control over the lightbox experience.

Beyond that, if you just want fixed images ( no pan/zoom ), your best bet would be to prepare a separate version of your image specifically for lightbox display. You could even do a video if you wanted to.
