How to Change Title Tags?

Hello People!

I have been wanting to change title tag (SOUR Studio’s), which you will see attached, to SOUR for a long time. The title tag appears as SOUR on the designer panel. Could you help me?

“For some time” is a bit vague, Assuming you’re using Google Search Console and that it has your sitemap, you should be able to ask it to reindex.

However, Google makes its own determination on what to show for your site. You have very little control over this, so think of your title as a suggestion. Google will especially avoid anything that;

  • It thinks might cause confusion
  • Especially with another brand
  • Is not specific enough to give clarity / value to search users
  • It considers in any way spammy or contrived or misleading
  • Conflicts with anything else in your site

You might well just need to accept what Google has chosen for you.

Sometimes, it takes a a few days to change data in the search console. You can submit the sitemap again. You can also share your URLs in the social media. Or, you can use schema markup to change it quickly. Thanks
