How to Add a Custom Meta Title and Description for Pages that are under "Collections"

Hey guys, I’d like to add a custom meta title and meta description for each post in our blog that goes beyond the dynamic CMS data that we use to populate our meta tags.

For example, in the meta description, instead of saying “Authors: Name” and “Name”, It’d be great to have post summary.

Anyone able to help with this?
