I just transfered ownership to a client, I have an agency subscription (the cheaper one of the two).
He has a paid website, and tried to add me as editor.
He said it isn’t possible on his plan, but I thought my plan’s benefit clearly listed I can have access to Guest sites?

Yes this is very confusing for clients. Sounds like he’s trying to add you as a collaborator in an Editor role, and he’s probably on Basic site plan which might have no editor access.
He needs to invite you as a workspace guest instead.
