How Do I Edit Individual Projects from my Project Template?

Hey, this seems like it should be easier but I cant figure this out for the life of me. I am making a portfolio similar to the one from the tutorial. I have build the basics of my project template, but now I need to put different info into all my projects etc. If I change something in the template its changing them for all the projects. I tried creating combo classes, no dice. I want to edit for example the insight at the bottom of the appetude Projects Template Page, without this new text populating on all the other pages. Halps!

Thanks so much!

Hey @ballinoates

You’re using the CMS. To add content for each project you need to go to the CMS collection and make content changes there. See here > https://www.loom.com/share/ea20ae0d32cc46cba4b52e7f4d723d4c

Ugh ;( thats the only way? Some of my sections are really detailed with a lot of text and photos/sliders/videos as well as wanting to put some accordion texts.

Is there not another way or am i just going to have to make pages fully manually?

The other way is to create all pages without using the CMS, but I will go with the CMS. Just add the field you need and use conditional visibility to display content.

The best way to start is to watch some tutorials about the CMS > Intro to Webflow CMS | Webflow University

Running into this problem too. You just have to delete that project’s entry in the collection and build the page manually.
