Hover text stays black, should be white

Running into something. I use round buttons with a white text on a lot of pages. When hovered that white text should stay white but get an underline. However the hover text is black. I looked through all elements and classes and can’t find it. The hover element that sets the line shows white. You can see the button in the lower right.

Click on the toggle, in the dropdown settings click on “open menu” then click on the style tab and change the font color to white.
