I used his email address to add to the Collaborator section under the settings.
so I delete it and reactivated it again. but I got this from my client:
asks me to create an account but won’t accept my email?
Its says sign up token is invalid?
check your email for new link.
When a token becomes invalid, either the user has already clicked on the link or the new one overwrote it. Try removing, then adding the collaborator again, then copy the token link and send it to them manually.
