Trouble with "Missing Authorization Cookie"

Hey guys,
one of my customers got the message “Missing authorization cookie for www.domainxy.de” and cannot access the Editor. Any idea why?

In the past I’ve fixed it by simply deleting them as a collaborator, and then re-adding
