Login error in editor

Client getting error message when logging in.

anyone run into this before? Is there a fix?

Thanks Nelson I have forwarded the info on to my client. I deleted the collaborator account as well and resent and invite. But we’ll try these things if it happens again

90% of the time its because they are blocking cookies

It’s not only that the browser ‘needs to accept cookies’. It’t needs to accept cookies from third parties. Webflow should update their instructional page to make that clear.

In Safari it looks like this:

Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and for 'Cookies and website data’ choose ‘Always allow’. ‘Allow from websites I visit’ doesn’t cut it.
