What?
October 25: Webflow changed how form notifications work: global recipients no longer exist (Under site setting => Forms).
Now by default, only the account owner gets notified, and any other emails must be added per form.
By default, Webflow sends form notifications to the email address associated with your account. You can manage notification settings for each form individually in Webflow, allowing you to choose who’s notified and customize each notification email’s content.

“The Problem”:
I have no way of knowing what email addresses were in the old global list.
Is there any way Webflow can help recover the previous recipient list?
Example:
Website X: Previously, form submissions on a client’s site went to a global list of six client emails (I, as the site owner/admin, wasn’t included), but after Webflow’s update, only I receive notifications and the old recipients are lost, risking missed leads.
Positive side
On the positive side, this update is welcome because it finally allows full control over notification settings per form, letting you customize exactly who receives each submission (a very common scenario requested by clients).
My opinion (Best setting):
In my opinion, the ideal setup would keep a global list of recipient emails for the site, while still allowing per-form overrides, preventing missed leads and giving full control.
