I’m really happy to see each form can now be customized to go to different email addresses upon submission. That’s great!
However, we need ONE place we can check the settings on all these forms, ideally on the forms tab, like before.
Ideally, we can set up the notification email address and message directly in the Forms tab.
At minimum, I should be able to click and be taken directly to where the editable version of that form is within the designer vs. having to track down each to set and check the messages.
Here’s why:
For one simple site, we have just 4 live forms, and 2 placeholder forms. During our pre-launch process, it took me a good half hour just to locate, document, and setup all of them.
When the client wanted to switch something, or I needed to double-check a setting, it took a ton of time to click around and refind and load everything. Super inefficient, and confusing.
Plus, there’s a random form called “Email” listed on the forms tab that I still can’t locate, so I’m hoping its just part of the template files - but I still don’t know because I gave up looking after 30 minutes.
For larger sites I work on/with, I can’t even imagine having to track down the forms. It’s going to be a nightmare.
