Form Submission Button Broken

Hi all, as of this morning the email form submission in the footer is no longer working (last successful submission was 13 hours ago). According to Webflow, the page hasn’t been re-published in that window so I’m not sure why the button is no longer working.

Please let me know if you have any ideas for what might be going on!

It would be helpful if you could share a published URL to the page so inspection in a browser is possible.
