Form Submission Block: Submission Button Not Working

Hello,

I’ve got a website with a Form Submission block that I’d set-up for a client, and tested, earlier this year.

Today I got an irate email from said client that the form isn’t working. I’ve tested it myself, across two browers and I still can’t figure out why this button is suddenly totally cooperative.

Can anyone assist?

Here is my site Read-Only:

I tried the button and it works. Are you saying the issue is the button itself or are you saying the submission sends but is not received? Have you checked the site settings area to see if submissions are arriving there (under forms settings)?

Many times the issue is due to the client accidentally hitting the “Unsubscribe” link in the form submission. This effectively cuts off all future submissions for the client. Very annoying how Webflow includes this link but apparently it’s a legal requirement. You have to contact Webflow to remedy this scenario. But you can check the settings area in the meantime.

Did you submit the form? As I didn’t receive a form submission on my side.

The issue is that, on my side and on my clients’ side, hitting the Submission Button does nothing – doesn’t send a submission, doesn’t generate a record on the CMS and it doesn’t indicate that anything is happening to the user.

I’ll look into that ‘Unsubcribe’ link that you mentioned in the meantime.

Anyone else?

EDIT:
Appears to be this terms & conditions checkbox that’s set to hidden. My submission went through after checking this box. However, I sent it through your staging site.
