Hello just logged in webflow I précise I don’t have migrated yet but it seems reallyyyyyy painful to check the forms panel in the site settings, we have actually 52 modals and forms. There is no way to see new submissions ??? Am I wrong ? Should I need to migrate to have a new UX ? This is very important as the company I work with want me to do follow ups with the leads
Hi there,
You can access form submissions in two locations:
- Site settings > Forms
- Legacy Editor > Forms tab
Each form creates its own submission table. If you have multiple forms with the default name “Email Form,” all submissions will be grouped under a single “Email Form” table in Site settings > Forms. To better organize your submissions, give each form a unique, descriptive name.
Please note that the free Starter Site plan has a 50-submission limit. To receive more submissions, you’ll need to upgrade your Site plan.
Hopefully this helps! If you still need assistance, please reply here so somebody from the community can help.
Hi Mehdi
You have two options for getting informed about new form submissions:
- You can set it up so that Webflow sends you an email for every new form submission.
- You can use Zapier and connect all your forms to Google sheets (or other Excel-like softwares) and collect your form submissions there. Additionally you can set it up so that Zapier also sends you a formatted Email for every submission so that you get informed about it. Plans & Pricing | Zapier
And one thing that the AI wrote is actually quite important: If you have multiple forms aith the same name, Webflow will group those forms and handle it like one single form.
