Error signing up with Webflow User Accounts

I have set up e-commerce and User accounts on this project - but whenever anybody tries to sign up / create an account to make a purchase, I get the same generic error:

“There was an error signing you up. Please try again, or contact us if you continue to have problems.”

Any idea on how to fix?

Also having this issue. Site has a plan and is published but can’t sign up a user to test.

EDIT SOLVED: Try a longer password for the test user. It wouldn’t accept Test01 but accepts Testing01 as a password, so I’m guessing it has an 8 char minimum.
