Issue with "User Accounts" Feature Signup Form Error

Hello!

I’ve just enabled the “User Accounts” feature on my site in Webflow.

I’ve kept the template’s designs for the new User Pages, and they are kind of hidden but not really, I just mean I don’t have a log in button yet because I wanted to test the functionality first.

I think I’ve set up everything correctly in the designer, but after published I keep on getting the same Sing Up Form’s Error Message, and so I’m unable to create User Accounts.

I’m feeling super stuck… please help…

Double-check your users list, if you’ve already enrolled with this email, you can’t re-enroll while that user exists.

thank you! but yeah that’s not it… i haven’t been able to create not even 1 user :frowning:

Support would be your next stop. As long as you’ve done the basic setup steps, you should be able to enroll a user.

Support came through!

Solution was super simple: clearing the cache and a more secure pasword (Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters)
