Ecommerce setting product variant Fields

Hi dear Webflow community,

I’m currently building a webshop for a client and I can’t seem to be able to figure out how to set colors as a custom field on the product variants. I’m trying to build a color picker where each button has the according color of the product variant. The designer seems to indicate that the BG Color and other properties can be dynamically set from the product option (see attached screenshot).

The desired outcome would be to be able to set the color of the product variant as a field, but that seems to be not possible within the product settings. (see attached screenshot).

Any kind of tip, insight or alternative workaround would be highly appreciated :pray:

currently we are having a free plan with webflow but now we are not able to add more plan can you guide us what is the reason
