E-commerce custom variants - how?

Hi guys,

Hope you are well. I have an e-commerce question and hope someone can help .

I’m wondering if it’s possible to add a dropdown that is connected to the product CMS in e-commerce where shoppers can make a choice that gets added to the product information when they buy?

Here is an example:

Any suggestions on how I can make this happen?
