Dropdown OnHover not working on Chrome

I think there may be something with touch screens because I have a client with surface and same thing is happening

Thanks for your input here everyone – greatly appreciate it!

I’ll forward this onto the team so we can look into it further. After doing some digging, it seems other people with hover dropdowns on sites that aren’t built on Webflow are having similar issues so there may be something deeper here.

Regardless, though, we’ll continue to look into this to see if we can find a solution for you.

Thanks again for your help and patience. :bowing_man:

Hi @Alex_Tokmakchiev @bri-idea @Niall_Mc_Dermott @Dylan_Dotolo @Peter_Eller

We did some more tests with touchscreen Windows machines. It looks like some browsers are not optimized to switch back forth between touch and mouse. To test this, can you please try disableling touch in the Chrome browser:

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Type chrome://flags/ in the address bar and press Enter.
  3. Click on Enable touch events > Disabled.

Then can you please let me know if this allows you to hover over these dropdowns to open them?

Thanks in advance, and I’m standing by for your reply.
