I am in the process of designing and building a Webflow site for a local bookstore in the UK. They are a new business and excited to use Webflow, but they are planning to use Dojo Payment Solutions for the card and online purchase sales. I do understand (based on some research) that I can supposedly use Dojo Payment Links from Dojo to provide a relatively seamless link between the Webflow site shopping experience and Dojo for final purchase.
My questions is if anyone has successfuly done this with a client. I just want to go into the development phase confident that when this customer is ready to do online sales (at least 6-12 months away) they will have a solution I can scale to. Thanks in advance!
The question is whether you consider redirecting a user to check out at a Dojo site is seamless. I don’t. My experience indicates that that potentially cause friction with the user which can lead to reduced conversions. Something to consider since there are alternatives.
Thanks, and yes, I considered this. Since this will be primarily a brick-and-morter shop, the online customer experience will hopefully be more dedicated to their purchases and not mind the switch during payment. Ultimately, I am looking for any successful integrations.
I’ve only seen Dojo used via their hosted payment links, which works fine but isn’t a true Webflow Ecommerce integration. Best bet is to embed the link/button for each product or set up a simple checkout redirect , just be mindful you’ll lose native cart functionality.
