Hi! My company is using a new AI service and they asked me to add DNS records to our domain. They listed 6 total. This is my first time assisting with something like this. Do I add these DNS records somewhere within Webflow? We also use GoDaddy… or is it best to give the AI developer our logins and have them do it themselves? Any tips or advice would be very much appreciated!
Your DNS is probably on GoDaddy if that’s your domain registrar. Login there and add the records in the DNS console.
If that doesn’t work it’s because you have your nameservers custom configured to point elsewhere - e.g. I setup all of my clients to use Cloudflare’s free DNS.
Incidentally GoDaddy does have a delegate feature, so you can invite them to admin the DNS without giving them full control over your domain ownership. Solves the 2FA login issue as well.
