Deleting symbol from every page still says 2 instances

I’ve deleted every instance of a symbol (named DELETE) on every page that exists (including utility pages) and in the symbols toolbar it still shows as having 2 instances and won’t let me delete the symbol. HELP

On each page in the designer you can expand the navigator and there you can see instances of the symbol being used.
