CSV Import Limitation

Hello,

I have 2 questions. First, I have a free plan for now and I’m trying to import a CSV, to test out the functionality, but I receive a 50 items limit message. I didn’t even add any new items to the spreadsheet. I just exported and tried to re-import. I don’t think I have 50 items since I don’t have any CMS collections yet (see image attachment). Does anyone know what’s going on?

Also, does each product variation count towards the CMS item limit?

I was able to get this to work by creating a new project and importing from scratch with 0 products.
