Components/assets are highlighted in purple when editing

I’m not sure what I did that triggered the purple highlights when I select components while editing. Can someone tell me how i can 1) Disable it 2) Explain what it means

Super duper late response but it looks like you’ve clicked the “targeting class function” (see below). I simply clicked around on some other components that did not have the same class and that seemed to do the trick
