Just started getting this an hour ago, and it’s only on my one design so I’m thinking I hit something by accident 
I’ve never seen it before and things do seem a little weird like some things I can’t click and start typing like button boxes.

It looks like you clicked on targeting class function
Under class name it shows how many elements with this class on the current page and if you click on it, these elements will look hihglighted.
