Collections images can not access Assets folder?

Hi there. I am new to Webflow, liking it so far, but…

I have a Collection, each item has four images, and I would like to access the images in the Assets folder, but it seems that I can only link to images I manually upload. Is this correct? Seems bizarre that I can’t do this as it’s such an obvious need. Or am I missing something?

CMS images aren’t picked inside of the Assets panel, that’s how it is. They indeed have to be manually added to each created content.
