Can't choose images for CMS from Assets library

This is awkward… I have an image in the Assets library that I need to use in a CMS item and I don’t have access to it.

The CMS is expecting me to upload the asset over again and it’s not ideal because I have 100s of images and they have already been optimized and added to the “Asset” library. I don’t want to re-upload them… I want to use them from the Assets library.
