Hello Webflow Community,
I’m facing a persistent issue with a Collection List on my homepage that I can’t seem to solve. I hope someone here can point me in the right direction.
The Goal: I want to display the latest blog posts from my “Choisir son TPEs” collection on my homepage.
The Problem: Even though I have connected my Collection List element to the correct CMS collection (“Choisir son TPEs”), it displays the message: “This collection does not contain any items.”
Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
-
CMS Items Exist: My collection contains 10 items.
-
Items are Published: The items are not in Draft mode. I have manually published them from the CMS, and I’ve also published the entire site multiple times.
-
No Filters: There are absolutely no filters applied to the Collection List in the element settings.
-
No Conditional Visibility: I have not set any conditional visibility rules on the Collection List or its child elements.
-
Localization is Not the Issue: I am not using Webflow’s localization feature, so this shouldn’t be a factor.
-
Reconnecting the Source: I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Collection List to its source (by selecting another collection and then switching back). This did not fix it.
-
New Collection List Test: I created a new, blank page and added a brand new Collection List connected to the same “Choisir son TPEs” collection. The same problem occurs—it also shows that the collection is empty. This suggests the issue might be with the collection itself or a project-level bug.
My setup involves content being generated and sent to Webflow via n8n and Make, but the items are clearly visible and published within the Webflow CMS.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue where a collection appears empty in the Designer despite being populated and published? Is there anything else I could be missing?
Thank you in advance for your help!
