Hi I’m trying to add custom domain with SSL. Everything seems right on the DNS end but the status Webflow’s end is not registering? A Records work fine.

Try removing the . at the end of the CNAME Content/value field

yes I’ve tried with and without the ‘.’ unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be going through.
Your issue was probably DNS propagation delay. It resolves correctly.
