CMS: linking/unlinking individual text fields in grid

Hi, for my music portfolio website I have a list about each of my pieces, the list is made with CMS and a grid. The titles link to their individual CMS collection page. However a handful of the CMS collection pages are nearly empty and I don’t plan to add to them soon so I don’t want to link to them from their title in the grid.

As they are all CMS collection items in the grid, if I change one all of them change. So I’m trying to figure out a way to disable the title link (for only some collection items) but keep the title text visible. Ideally I’d also like to be able to remove the underline and hover highlight that indicates there’s a link for the ones that won’t be linked.

Some ideas I’ve had so far are:
Duplicating the title text box so one would have the link and the other only text, overlapping them completely, and setting conditional visibility to display linked or unlinked version depending on if the CMS collection page has certain items on it.

Adding to the grid a spot for a separate icon/text that links the the CMS page (instead of the title) and then setting conditional visibility. (This might be the easiest but I’m concerned about the layout of the mobile page as it’s already almost too squished).

Can you think of a better way to do this or would one of these be the best way?
Or do you have an alternative that would be a more straightforward way to do this is?

Thank you!!!
