Can't add more Ecommerce items

Hi.

I’m getting the error “You’ve created all the items allowed by your Ecommerce Advanced Hosting plan.” when I try to add an item manually on the Ecommerce product section, even though I have 6633 items total and the limit for my plan is 15000 items. I’m also getting a similar error if I try doing it from the Webflow API.

Here’s the read-only editor link: Webflow - US Wheel And Tire

Readonly designer link?

Oh sure, I totally forgot:

Have you added any browser extensions recently?
You might have an extension conflict or a corrupted browser cache.
In rare cases I’ve also seen VPN issues.

I’d try logging in via Chrome Incognito, with any VPN switched off, and see if you still have the problem?

Otherwise everything looks good so if you’re still having issues I’d open a support ticket.

Yeah, I did that, but it’s definitely not a browser problem, as I get the same error using the Webflow API. Sadly, Webflow Support is not really useful, I’ve tried contacting them several times in the past and get no response, maybe someone from the Webflow team will see this post and do something about it. Sent the ticket anyway, but my hopes are not really that high.

Thanks for the help!

I’ve always found support to be amazing but it does matter which channel your ticket goes into. Since you’re dealing with a designer issue you’ll likely get better results there, whereas API-tagged tickets probably go straight to the engineers who are already mega-busy.

Hey @AIOCesar Joshua here from Webflow Support Team. That doesn’t sound quite right about your support experience. Do you have a ticket number I can look into?

Hi Jia.

Yeah, here’s the ticket number for this specific case: #925945
