I can´t create products, although I have a Ecommerce site

May you can help me.
The problem is, I can´t create products.
The error is:
You’ve created all the items allowed on your current plan. Add CMS Hosting to create more.
I don´t know what is the problem - i have managed plan with e-commerce site with 500 products. - so May you could help me.

This could be related to variants. Each product variant counts towards the item limit for your site plan. Understand item limits for your site plan.

Thank you for your answer - but I don´t have some variants. I have 0 products - and I could not create one - my managed site plan is ecommerce with 500 products - so i don´t know what is the problem

If I import products with a csv-file - it runs. Now i have 5 products - but if I want to create a new product i alway have the same error

I had open a ticken with support - but till now I didn´t get an answer

For what it’s worth, I am also having this issue now. Did they help to solve this problem?
