Can't add items warning but I am within my plan limit

2 days ago I began getting warning ‘You’ve created all the items allowed on your current plan. Add CMS Hosting to create more.’ I am currently on The Ecommerce Standard plan, paid up thru October of 2023. I only have 138 collection items according to my dashboard so I should be well within my plan still. I have even tested it by deleting items to “make room” for additional items. I was able to delete the items but still couldn’t add new items. I have reached out to support but haven’t received a response yet. This is becoming urgent as I have time sensitive new product to launch. Any ideas?

This is a recent problem which I’m encountering too!
It seems like SUPPORT is not really responding… how can we fix this?
