See my screenshot. I’m new to using Webflow and am following the online tutorials. All of them have the option to add additional collection fields and custom fields but for some reason mine does not. Can someone give me a reason why this is so and how I can fix it?
I’m assuming this has something to do with your plan/account. Something quirky. Even the starter plans should start with 30/30.
Also, I’m pretty new to webflow as well. Sorry I can’t be of more help. Just trying to contribute to the forum - while I’m constantly asking for help. 
0/0 fields isn’t normal, for any plan.
Any time the webflow designer is acting weird, the first thing I do is disable all browser extensions, and clear the cache, and retry. That fixes most issues.
If that’s not the case, it must be glitching due to some recent update, and you can let support know here-
