Can't See Basic Plan

I am on trial and want to get the Basic plan so I can connect the custom domain.
The option is not available for some reason, but it is when I choose available plans under an incognito window. I checked the forum thread with a similar issue from another user, and he had collections, but upon checking on my end - I have no collections of any kind.

At least not when I check ‘Collections’ - it is empty and has a button ‘create new collection’.

I don’t see anything obvious, like CMS use, ECommerce use, or a FORM file upload element.
Could be a cache issue in which case you could just purchase it by logging in through your incognito window or the chrome “guest” profile.

If you can’t solve it you’d want to check with support.
