Can my client add a video in Rich Text area?

I gave it a try and we’re not seeing any tool bar available when editing a rich text cms element. Not possible to include embed code in rich text?

I found this post that has a video showing pixel geek adding a video in a Rich Text area, but my interface doesn’t have any of the tools he’s using. How do I access the Rich Text tools he’s using?

I figured it out. You have to place the cursor and hit return in order to get the “+” button for adding Rich Content.
