Can I host my two sites (+CMS) with namecheap?
What are the pros of using the expensive webflow hosting plans?

CMS collections and items cannot be exported. You can export and integrate with another CMS if you wish to host elsewhere.

So to have webflow CMS ,I’ve to get their hosting.
