Both Meta and Tiktok Pixel not working on webflow website

I have been trying for one day to get both Meta and Tiktok pixel to work on my webflow website, but it is not working. For meta it detects pixel but shows not active and for tik tok the helper as well detects the function but the test events dont work or other events not detected.

Hi Sushrut

You need to share your website’s public link, otherwise no one would be able to help.

Also don’t forget to (if possible) share screenshots of what the issue is, because now it’s hard to understand what’s going on.

This is not what I meant, please check [Share a read-only link of your project from the Designer | Webflow Updates]…How to share your project’s read-only link

I can share possible routes:

  • Check this previous post about the subject, they provide a few solutions
  • Check this other one link here
  • Check this on your project’s settings
  • Forward this case to Pixel Helper’s customer support or go to the good-old reddit, it seems webflow hasn’t replied much to this specific integration in the past.

I’d still recommend to creating another ticket, share your read-only link. Just to leave it on the pipeline.
