Mystery Facebook pixel on my site

I have had a mystery facebook pixel on my site for a while and I can not find where it is anywhere.
I have narrowed it down to find that it is somehow coming from Google Tag Manager but there is no pixel tag anywhere in my tag manager:

Pixel Helper says there is a pixel:

Pixel shows up in the code and slowing down the site:

Any help on this would be amazing. I have no idea who to ask and this site is on Webflow so figured I would start here.

Hey @camputty, do you have access to your project on Webflow?

Please check the following:

  • Site settings > Integrations > Facebook Pixel
  • Site settings > Custom Code
  • Inside the Designer > Custom Code
    • Individual Page settings
    • HTML embeds
