Backup restore completely wiped all of our redirects, code, fonts

Hello,

I restored a backup of my clients website (I restored to a a version only an hour earlier) and all of our 301 redirects, site-wide code, and fonts were completely wiped. I’m devastated as this is a very important client of mine. Support hasn’t gotten back to us yet but I am wondering if this happened to anyone else and what I can do, if anything? Also curious if anyone knows how this could have happened. I’ve done backup restores before with no issues whatsoever.

I will offer this strong advice. Clone your site before proceeding with any operation that is potentially destructive. Backups and restores in Webflow should not be but here we are.
